Richard Goulah, MD, FACC, FACP




Cardiologist Richard Goulah, MD, joined Rocky Mountain Heart and Lung Outreach Clinical Services in December 2014, becoming a member of the active medical staff at Kalispell Regional Healthcare. He cares for patients in Deer Lodge, Anaconda, and is permanently based in Missoula, Montana. Dr. Goulah completed his medical studies at the University of Buffalo Affiliated Hospitals. Categorical internal medicine internship and residency was completed at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey, followed by his cardiology fellowship at the same location. Dr. Goulah began his professional practice on the active staff at Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, Virginia, office practice at Medical and Surgical Associates of South Boston. Inc., and later was the founding partner and president of Halifax Heart Center and DUCCS Clinical Research of South Boston. In September 2007 he relocated to Montana and began caring for heart patients in Missoula at St. Patrick’s Hospital as well as St. James in Butte. He became the Director of the International Heart Institute of Montana in Missoula.
