Bio:

Pat was raised in Deer Lodge and graduated from PCHS in 1984. He joined the United States Marine Corps and spent 6 years in the Active Reserve being honorably discharged in 1990. During that time, he was also enrolled at Montana State University earning his degree in biology in 1989. After spending a year at the sawmill, he attended Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE, graduating in 1994. He completed his family medicine residency in 1997 in Yakima, WA and spent the next 23 years in Yakima. During his time in private practice, he was offered the role as a hospice medical director in 2002 and continues in this role virtually. He then spent 3 years in Bend, OR as the hospice medical director for St. Charles Health System. When offered a position in Deer Lodge, he was happy to come home. He is interested in all aspects of family medicine with a focus on quality of life.

Pat and his wife Terri, also a Deer Lodge native, have 4 grown children and one grandchild.

Pat enjoys lapidary, metal smithing and finding things to put in jewelry. Terri likes the products and puts up with the mess. They also enjoy spending time together, wherever that takes them.
