The Board of Directors plays a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of Deer Lodge Medical Center. As community volunteers, they bring diverse experience and a shared commitment to strengthening healthcare across the Deer Lodge region and surrounding communities. The Board ensures responsible governance, supports long-term planning and helps DLMC remain financially strong, mission-driven and deeply connected to the people we serve.

Working closely with senior leadership, the Board helps shape policies, champion community health needs and foster a culture of integrity, transparency and
continuous improvement.
