Gastroenterologist
We are looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our skilled patient care team in our growing rural health clinic and critical access hospital. The Physician will join an existing practice and help to grow the program with support from our collaborative medical staff. Experience preferred. Board-certified or eligible. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full-benefit package and competitive wage available.
Clinic
Clinic Director
Come lead our Rural Health Clinic team! Looking for a clinic director to oversee the day-to-day functions of the RHC and to help maintain a high level of person-centered care within the clinic department. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred. Seeking someone with either clinical experience who holds a current MT license (PA, RN or LPN) or a business management background. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must hold a current CPR card. Full benefit package, competitive wage, retention bonus and relocation assistance available. Great working environment!
Nurse Navigator
Exciting opportunity in our rural health clinic to work in Orthopedics! Looking for a Registered Nurse for our orthopedic service line to support both the physician and PA-C. Previous orthopedic experience is strongly preferred. This position will guide patients through every stage of their orthopedic care journey. The role serves as a central point of contact, helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options while coordinating care across the orthopedic team. This position will also be responsible for covering other PCP provider in the clinic when needed. It is full-time, 40 hours per week. Full benefits, competitive pay and retention bonus offered.

Surgical Services
OR Circulator
We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to circulate in the OR. This position will also be cross-trained to assist in the endoscopy suite, pre-op and recovery rooms. Circulating experience required with experience in orthopedics (brand new service line), general surgery, urology and neurology. Full-time, part-time, flexible schedule. Facilities Specialist
Come join our team! Looking for a full-time facilities specialist with commercial/hospital experience. Must be proficient in at least one trade but knowledge of multiple trades a plus. Low pressure Boilers License preferred. Must be able to troubleshoot and have strong communication skills. Willing to work after hours/weekends as needed. Ability to learn new trades and professionalism a plus! Very busy department with a great working environment!
Nursing
Emergency Department Registered Nurse
We are hiring a fulltime NIGHT shift RN working 12-hour shifts from 7PM-7AM in the Emergency Department. Two (2) years of nursing experience are required for this position. Full benefit package, retention bonus and competitive wage available. Excellent work environment!
Diagnostic Imaging
Medical Imaging Tech
We have one (1) position available working four (4) ten-hour shifts. The schedule would be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 10AM-8:30PM and Thursday 8:30PM to 7AM. Night shift differential $3.50/hr. The Medical Imaging Tech will perform routine and special medical imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency while using pertinent modalities within the department. Must have graduated from an approved school of Medical Radiography Technology, be registered with ARRT, and be licensed by the State of Montana. CT experience preferred.
