Provider:
ED Hospitalist PA/APRN– We are hiring a Part-time nightshift PA or APRN to work as an ED/Hospitalist. The PA/APRN will work a rotating 7 nights/month from 7:00PM-7AM and be responsible for covering the ED and Hospital while on duty. Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS and BLS certifications. Must have current State of Montana PA or APRN licensure. We offer a competitive wage and full benefits package. The position is eligible for either independent contractor or employee status.
Gastroenterologist – We are looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our skilled patient care team in our growing Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital. The Physician will be joining an existing practice and helping to grow the program with support from our collaborative Medical Staff. Experience preferred. Board certified or eligible. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.
Orthopedic Surgeon – We are looking for a full-time fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in total joint replacement. The Physician will be starting the joint replacement service line from the ground up with support from our collaborative Medical Staff. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.
ED/Hospitalist Physician – We are hiring for a Part-time to Full-time dayshift provider to work in our busy state of the art facility. The Physician will work a minimum of 7 days/month from 7:00AM-7PM and be responsible for covering our ED and Hospital while on duty. ER or FM Board Certified/Eligible with current ACLS, ATLS, PALS and BLS certifications. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Montana. We offer a competitive wage and full benefits package. The position is eligible for either independent contractor or employee status.
Dermatology Physician – We are looking for a full-time General Board Certified/Eligible Dermatologist to join our skilled patient care team in our growing Rural Health Clinic. The Physician will be starting the service line from the ground up with support from our collaborative Medical Staff. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.
Behavioral Health Clinician – We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for our Rural Health Clinic to be integral in building an integrated behavioral health program. The position will be required to provide outpatient mental and behavioral health clinical services including, but not limited to, evaluation, short and long-term psychotherapy, group and family therapy, and crisis intervention. Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Current Montana LCSW licensure required. A minimum of (5) five years’ experience in mental health and/or substance abuse required including previous treatment of adolescents and teens. Training is Crisis De-escalation preferred. Nursing:
Director of Surgical Services – The surgical services director is responsible for providing direct supervision, leadership, and guidance to staff to ensure high quality patient care while overseeing the Operating Room, Pre-Op/PACU, and Sterile Processing. General duties and clinical responsibilities will include evaluation of nursing care interventions, patient care coordination with families and health care team, professional development, and quality improvement. Minimum of 2 years perioperative services management experience preferred. Master’s Degree in a related field preferred. Current RN license in the State of Montana. Emergency Room Registered Nurse – 2 days per week; working 12 hour shifts from 10 am to 10 pm. Previous ED experience required. Full benefit package and competitive wage.
Staff Registered Nurse – PRN Positions; working 12 hour shifts from 6 to 6. Competitive wage available.
Certified Nurse Aide – PRN positions; working 12 hour shifts as needed for days, nights and weekends.Competitive wage available.
Clinic:
Registered Nurse – Pediatrics - We are hiring a full-time day shift pediatric RN to work in our rural health clinic. The RN would assist the provider with patient exams and treatments in an outpatient setting. Must have current MT state RN license and one year’s pediatric experience preferred. The position is four 10-hour shifts/week Monday-Thursday. Starting wage of $32-34/hour. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.
Diagnostic Imaging Services:
Echo Technologist – We are looking for a Part time or Full time Echo Tech to work in our busy Outpatient Services Department and also travel to several other facilities to cover patient care needs 2-3 days/week. The Echo Tech will perform diagnostic procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics and must be a BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) and a credentialed Cardiac Tech from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Rehab Services:
Physical Therapist – We are looking for a Part time or Full time Physical Therapist to join our busy Rehab Department that currently offers a wide variety of services that include general orthopedics, women’s health, wound care, vestibular, pediatrics and a concussion program. Seeking a motivated individual interested in clinical growth and pursing certifications in one of our already established specialty areas and/or interested in helping bring a new service line to our department. New grads welcome to apply and mentorship is available. Monday-Friday scheduled hours. Full benefit package, competitive wage (willing to adjust DOE), relocation assistance and sign on bonus offered.
Emergency Medical Services:
EMT – Powell EMS is currently hiring one FT night EMT to work 3 – 12-hour shifts on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of each week. The shift is from 7PM to 7AM. Very competitive pay, plus a full benefit package and sign-on bonus. Yearly education reimbursement. Great working environment!

Laboratory:
Laboratory Technologist – We are looking for a collaborative professional to join our team in a busy lab environment. Currently we have a full-time Night shift position available Tuesday-Friday 8:00PM to 6:00AM. Phlebotomy experience is required. Minimum qualifications to include B.S. in Medical Technology, Microbiology, or related science. Current ASCP or AMT certification. Current Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist License. One year experience in a clinical setting, or completion of a clinical rotation program. (Preferred but not required) Competitive wage, full benefit package and a sign on/retention bonus.
