Gastroenterologist
We are looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our skilled patient care team in our growing rural health clinic and critical access hospital. The Physician will join an existing practice and help to grow the program with support from our collaborative medical staff. Experience preferred. Board-certified or eligible. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full-benefit package and competitive wage available.
ED Hospitalist PA/APRN
We are hiring a Part-time nightshift PA or APRN to work as an ED/Hospitalist. The PA/APRN will rotate 7 on/21 off from 7:00PM-7AM and be responsible for covering the ED and Hospital while on duty. This position has the potential to become Full-time. Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS and BLS certifications. Must have current State of Montana PA or APRN licensure. Clinic
Nurse Navigator
Exciting opportunity in our rural health clinic to work in Orthopedics! Looking for a Registered Nurse for our orthopedic service line to support both the physician and PA-C. Previous orthopedic experience is strongly preferred. This position will guide patients through every stage of their orthopedic care journey. The role serves as a central point of contact, helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options while coordinating care across the orthopedic team. This position will also be responsible for covering other PCP provider in the clinic when needed. It is full-time, 40 hours per week. Full benefits, competitive pay and retention bonus offered.
LPN or MA
We have one (1) open position for either an LPN or MA to join our busy Rural Health Clinic to help our physicians with patient examinations and treatments in an outpatient setting. Must have a current MT state LPN or MA license. Full-time hours working four(4) 10 hour shifts each week with some flexibility to the schedule. Materials Department
Materials Processor
Exciting opportunity! DLMC is hiring a materials processor to work in our materials department. This position will assist the material manager and is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of medical supplies for the entire facility. Knowledge of medical supplies is a plus. Excellent customer service experience required. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8AM-5:00PM with potential for some schedule flexibility. Facilities Specialist
Come join our team! Looking for a full-time facilities specialist with commercial/hospital experience. Must be proficient in at least one trade but knowledge of multiple trades a plus. Low pressure Boilers License preferred. Must be able to troubleshoot and have strong communication skills. Willing to work after hours/weekends as needed. Ability to learn new trades and professionalism a plus! Very busy department with a great working environment!
Environmental Services Tech I/Housekeeper
We are looking to fill one position within our housekeeping department as EST I. This position is responsible for keeping up the cleanliness of the hospital and ensuring that the hospital looks great. The job requires the completion of a task list throughout the shift. Must be willing and able to adapt to any change needed to ensure the facility’s cleanliness. This is an entry level position, full-time and experience is a plus. A full benefit package and competitive pay is available.
Laundry Attendant
This position is in laundry operations, and the primary role is to ensure that linens are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. The position will be full-time day shift. A full-benefit package and competitive pay is available. Come join our team!

Patient Care/Dietary Associate
