Billing, Insurance and
Financial Options
When you are ill or recovering, financial questions shouldn’t add stress. Our patient financial representatives are here to guide you through the billing process, explain your options and help you find the support you need.
Insurance
If you’ve provided current insurance information, Deer Lodge Medical Center will bill your insurance company on your behalf. We allow 30 days for insurance payment; after that period, we may ask for your assistance in obtaining payment. Patients are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance. For details about coverage or benefits, please contact your insurer directly.
Payment Options
We offer several flexible payment solutions, including payment in full, monthly payment plans (based on eligibility) and financial assistance. Our team is here to answer questions and help you select the option that works best for you.
Payment in Full:
You can pay your bill by cash, check or credit card.
Monthly Payment Plans:
If you are unable to pay your bill in full, you may qualify for a monthly payment plan (as determined by Deer Lodge Medical Center).
Financial Assistance Resources:
Our Sliding Fee Discount Program provides financial assistance to those who qualify.
