Guided Recovery for Heart and Lung Conditions

Our team helps patients rebuild strength and confidence after heart and lung conditions. Through monitored exercise, education and personalized support, we work with you to improve endurance and enhance your quality of life. Every step is designed to help you live and breathe easier.

Patients in our program receive individualized treatment plans based on collaboration with physicians, nurses, dietitians and respiratory and physical therapists. Participation requires a physician referral. Medicare covers rehab for individuals who have had a heart attack, stent, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG), heart transplant, angina, or valve surgery. Private insurance coverage varies and is always cleared by our staff before enrolling a participant.
