Jenn Noel, PT, DPT, OCS

Jenn earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2005. She became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2008 and later completed ImPACT training as an ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist (ITPT) in 2012, further expanding her expertise in concussion management.

Jenn began her career specializing in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and manual therapy. In 2010, she moved to Deer Lodge to become Director of Rehabilitation at Deer Lodge Medical Center. Over the years, she has expanded her clinical expertise to include vestibular rehabilitation and skilled wound care, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to a wide range of patients.

In addition to her clinical work, Jenn has been actively involved in advancing the profession of physical therapy in Montana. She has served as a board member for both the Montana Physical Therapy Association and the Montana Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

Originally from Anaconda, Jenn feels fortunate to have returned home to serve the community she grew up near. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, skiing, spending time at the lake, paddleboarding, and making memories with her husband, Kyler, and their son, Rorik.
