Patrick Krach, MD

Dr. Patrick Krach was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2015 with a degree in biology, where he competed on the varsity track and field team and spent his spare time fly-fishing with the campus fishing club. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2019 and returned to Fort Wayne to complete a three-year family medicine residency.

Dr. Krach and his wife, Rachel, have long enjoyed visiting Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming and are excited to now call Deer Lodge home. In the clinic, he enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Outside of work, he and his wife spend their time fly-fishing, camping, hiking and exploring western Montana.
