Provider:
Gastroenterologist – We are looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our skilled patient care team in our growing Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital. The Physician will be joining an existing practice and helping to grow the program with support from our collaborative Medical Staff. Experience preferred. Board certified or eligible. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.
Orthopedic PA/NP – We are looking to hire a PA or NP to work alongside our Orthopedic Surgeon. This position requires someone with medical training and specialized knowledge in musculoskeletal conditions. Orthopedic experience required. The orthopedic PA/NP will conduct patient assessments, diagnose injuries, develop treatment plans, assist in surgery and provide postoperative care. This is a full-time position. Graduate from an accredited PA/NP program and hold a PA/NP license in the state of Montana. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.
ED/Hospitalist – We are hiring a Part-time nightshift PA or APRN to work as an ED/Hospitalist. The PA/APRN will rotate 7 on/7 off from 7:00PM-7AM Monday through Sunday every 4th week and be responsible for covering the ED and Hospital while on duty. Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS and BLS certifications. Must have current State of Montana PA or APRN licensure. Two years of experience in the ED required. We offer a competitive wage (willing to negotiate higher wage DOE). Position can be an Independent Contractor or an Employee which includes a full-benefit package and retention bonus.

Clinic:
LPN/MA – Come join our team of professionals in our Rural Health Clinic! Looking for an LPN or MA to work with our visiting specialists in Urology and Cardiology. This position is part time working a minimum of 20 hours per week but some weeks closer to 30 hours depending on the specialty providers' schedules, so flexibility is key! Surgical Services:
Perioperative Registered Nurse – Come join a great team of professionals! We are hiring a Full-time RN to work in our expanding Surgical Services department. Rehab Services:
Physical Therapist – We are looking for a Full time Physical Therapist to join our busy Rehab Department that currently offers a wide variety of services that include general orthopedics, women’s health, wound care, vestibular, pediatrics and a concussion program. Seeking a motivated individual interested in clinical growth and pursuing certifications in one of our already established specialty areas and/or interested in helping bring a new service line to our department. New grads are welcome to apply, and mentorship is available. Monday-Friday flexible scheduled hours to include a combination of inpatient and outpatient (heavier workload in outpatient) care. Schedule can be four (4) ten (10) hour shifts or five (5) eight (8) hour shifts with no weekends or holidays. Continuing education budget with state and national APTA dues covered. Occupational Therapist - Come join our growing Rehab Department! We are looking for a Full time Occupational Therapist to work M-F scheduled hours. Flexible scheduling to fit your needs. The OT will be providing physical assessments and treatments for patients of the department suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, or bone disease to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. This position offers a full benefit package, competitive wage (willing to adjust DOE), relocation assistance, a retention bonus and a generous yearly education assistance benefit. Paid time off accrual equates to roughly 28 eight-hour days/year and increases with longevity.
