You Don't Have an Hour to Wait!

Chest Pain – If you experience chest pain, you may showing signs of a heart attack (myocardial infarction). Within the first fifteen minutes your heart muscle can be permanently damaged. Time is Muscle. Within an hour you may have irreversible damage, possibly even death. Don’t wait or think you have time or the ability to drive etc. DLMC can stabilize your condition immediately through use of state of the art medications such as Retavase which is a thrombolytic (clot buster) and Integrilin which is an antiplatelet drug to help prevent clots from forming. Once stabilized you will be transferred to definitive care.

Time is crucial when dealing with a stroke. Thrombolytics must be given within the first three hours of onset of symptoms. With our new CT machine we can identify patients who are candidates for treatment in minutes.
