Provider:

Gastroenterologist – We are looking for a full-time Gastroenterologist to join our skilled patient care team in our growing Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital. The Physician will be joining an existing practice and helping to grow the program with support from our collaborative Medical Staff. Experience preferred. Board certified or eligible. Must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Montana. Full benefit package and competitive wage available.

Clinic:

LPN/MA-We have an open position for either an LPN or MA to join our busy Rural Health Clinic to help our physicians with patient examinations and treatments in an outpatient setting. Must have a current MT state LPN or MA license. Full time hours working four (4) ten-hour shifts/ week. 2 years’ experience in a clinic setting required. LPN/MA – Exciting opportunity in our rural health clinic to work in Orthopedics! Looking for an LPN or MA for our new Orthopedic service line. Previous Orthopedic experience preferred. Certified or Registered credentials preferred. This position is full-time working 40 hours per week. Full benefits, competitive pay and retention bonus offered.

Orthopedic Nurse Navigator – Exciting opportunity in our rural health clinic to work in Orthopedics! Looking for a Registered Nurse for our orthopedic service line. Previous orthopedic experience is strongly preferred. This position will guide patients through every stage of their orthopedic care journey. The role serves as a central point of contact, helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options while coordinating care across the orthopedic team. It is full-time 40 hours per week. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent required. Must have a current professional registered nurse’s license from the Montana State Board of Nursing. Current BLS certification required. Nursing experience required, ideally in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Full benefits, competitive pay and retention bonus offered.

Emergency Medical Services:

Paramedic - Powell EMS is currently hiring one (1) FT Night Paramedics working from 7PM to 7AM for a Paramedic to work 3 – 12-hour shifts each week. Competitive pay, plus a full-benefit package and retention bonus. Yearly education reimbursement. Great working environment!

Facilities:

Environmental Services Tech I/Housekeeper -We are looking to fill one(1) position within our housekeeping department as EST I. This position is responsible for keeping up the cleanliness of the hospital and ensuring that the hospital looks great. The job requires the completion of a task list throughout the shift. Must be willing and able to adapt to any change needed to ensure the quality of the facility’s cleanliness policy. This is an entry level position, but experience is a plus. This position is full time with the shift being 6PM-2:30AM Monday-Friday. A full benefit package, competitive pay and retention bonus available.

Groundskeeper - We are looking for someone to join our Facilities team within the grounds department. This would be a part time 20+ an hour week position, 3-4 days as needed. We can work around your schedule if needed. Since this is a seasonal position, the start and end date would be weather permitted. Starting pay is $20 an hour, possibly more with experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Mowing all turf areas
· Edging
· Trim shrubs, hedges & trees
· Sidewalk & patio clean-up
· Tree upkeep
· Repair & replace sprinkler heads / drip lines
· Weed removal
· Flower bed turnovers
· Adding mulch / rocks to beds

Emergency Department Registered Nurse – We are hiring a fulltime NIGHT shift RN working 12-hour shifts from 7PM-7AM in the Emergency Department. Surgical Services:

OR Circulator - We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to circulate in the OR. This position will also be cross trained to assist in the endoscopy suite, preop, and recovery rooms. Circulating experience required with experience in orthopedics (brand new service line), general surgery, urology, and neurology. Full time, part time, flexible schedule. Physical Therapist – We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our busy Rehab Department that currently offers a wide variety of services that include general orthopedics, women’s health, wound care, vestibular, pediatrics and a concussion program. Seeking a motivated individual interested in clinical growth and pursuing certifications in one of our already established specialty areas and/or interested in helping bring a new service line to our department. Monday-Friday flexible scheduled hours to include a combination of inpatient and outpatient (heavier workload in outpatient) care. Schedule can be four (4) ten (10) hour shifts or five (5) eight (8) hour shifts with no weekends or holidays. Full time, Parttime or PRN. Continuing education budget with state and national APTA dues covered. Full benefit package, competitive wage (willing to adjust DOE), retention bonus and relocation assistance offered.
